Digital heat transfer film is divided into :
 single side
 double sides,
 performance as hot film,
 performance aswarm film
 performance ascold film.

For hot film, the appearance of the pattern and the cloth pattern are more natural when tear film off immediately after printed.

For cold film, the appearance of the pattern is relatively smooth, but the sense of paint and leather is aggravated when tear film off after temperature down.

• Powder Classification

There are coarse 80 mesh, middle 120 mesh, fine 200 mesh, we can match the specific application according to customer requirements

 Washing marks with small words can match fine powder and hot film.

 Large area pattern can choose warm and cold film and coarse powder.

 For the general pattern, hot melt glue powder recommended to
choose medium - fine powder.

 Normally, hot melt powder should be sealed, in order to avoid affecting
the use effect of shaking powder.

Due to the difference of printer, ink, ICC curve of board and substrate fabric of each user, we can develop a perfect heat transfer film plans according to our own condition.

 If the film surface absorbs moisture or dust caused by long-term exposure, the exposed section should be cut off and then printed again, in order to avoid affecting our judgment. Handle the film gently, avoid compression and contusion, pay attention to the strength and Angle when cutting the film, in order to avoid making deep scratches.

• Method and Steps

1. The pattern to be applied through photoshop or other image processing software to complete the preprocessing, then input into the digital printing software.

2. The printer should make the best match between the consumables such as the matching hot transfer film, ink, and image color ICC and the software. The printed pattern is guaranteed to be bright and stable.
 Printing humidity condition should remain 50%-60%;
 Indoor temperature should remain 20-30℃;
 The temperature of printer rear heating board should remain 38℃~45℃.

3. After printing the pattern, let the film flow into the automatic powder shaker machine.
 Due to ink and other reasons, please pay attention to climate change, we can be turned on the front and rear heating function to ensure stable quality during low temperature in winter.Baking machine connected heating board is also recommended to 40-50 degrees.

4. Generally, the baking speed after shaking powder is appropriate to match the printing speed. The temperature is best to be warm first and then hot. It is appropriate to
control the temperature of the film surface between 70 and 90℃.

5. After baking, the finished film with pattern should be printed on the surface of substrate clothing and other materials by heat transfer printing machine as early as possible.
 Heat printing temperature: 140-160℃, it can be adjusted by the physical properties of hot melt powder;
 Heat printing time: 7sec to 10se;
 Heat printing pressure: 5--7KG;

Generally, as long as the temperature and pressing time can meet the requirements of sticking firmly, it can be easily solved when adjust the pressure as small as possible down

    Baking dried patterns or pasted and transferred patterns become oily and damp


    It belongs to the phenomenon that the glue is not baked thoroughly, the water and glycerin in the ink cannot be thoroughly baked and then reversed. Generally speaking, single sheet operating version with 120 degrees low temperature for a long time through it best. As powder is limited by the length of the powder machine, so we can try to raise the connected board appropriate high temperature to make the water and glycerin evaporation in advance might also help

    Ink water and glycerin boiling evaporation with high temperature and short time baking dried, which pulls holes out of the coating and film


    It' better to give priority to medium and fine powder, a little coarse powder or even no coarse powder, it works best when baking dried in the low and high temperature section for a long time, it works best when baking dried in the low and high temperature section for a long time, it can be gradual to dry oil and water and melt glue thoroughly, but no violent reaction. The resulting film is flexible, elastic, smooth and dry. If the powder machine begins with a slightly poor conditions, it's necessary to make use of the function of preheating chopping board to heat and steam away some water in advance to reduce the burden, dry them then shake powder.

    1、 Whether high humidity or low temperature                
    2、Whether the strength of powder shaking machine is insufficient              
    3、Whether the printing interval is too long without powder caused by drying glycerin diffusion                             
    4、 Whether ink misting on heads


    If it is found that the pressure wheel position or large blank area shaking is not clean, it should be electrostatic influence or powder damp or too fine, you can take measures as appropriate.                
    Generally, increasing the temperature of the heating board after printing and shake powder machine connected board can reduce the edge powder shaken unclear.
  • Q Ink flow

    1、It becomes easy to flow ink where has powder impurities or crush wounds
    2、The heating board is not open after printing 


    If the ink flow is due to the poor absorption, we can try 1, reduce the proportion of white ink setting, appropriate to reduce the amount of white ink 2, increase the temperature of the printer heating board can also improve the pass rate 3, board heating can help ink activation and then reduce ink flow phenomenon
